In the show, Ji-a and Kim Hyun Joong has grabbed all the attention for their romance due to their departure from the island together. However, things seemed to be looking a bit troublesome for Ji-a following the latest drama.
SONG JI-A GETTING ‘CANCELLED’ ON SOCIAL MEDIA
Ji-a managed to wow everyone with her personality and dressing sense. While the contestants struggled to live through the humid weather on the island. Ji-a found a way to handle everything well while wearing her designer wears from Chanel.
However, fans were quick to notice that the items worn by the reality star were all fake. It did not take long for social media users to compare the outfits to figure out the flaw.
STAR APOLOGIZES FOR FAKE PRODUCTS
Following the backlash, Ji-a decided to take to social media when she released a handwritten apology on Instagram.
It wrote:
“Hello this is Song Ji A. First, I would like to sincerely apologize to everyone who was disappointed and hurt because of me. There is currently a controversy about some of the clothes worn on my social media and ‘Single’s Inferno’. The criticism that was pointed out is partly true. I am truly sorry,”

It went on:
“I want to apologize once again for everything that has happened due to infringing a designers’ creations and ignoring copyright. As someone who has dreamed of launching a brand, I will recognize the severity of the issue and reflect upon this. In the future, I will be more cautious and study more carefully so that this does not happen again.”

According to Ji-a, the content that had fake items shown have been deleted from the show.
