A gang of robbers had stormed a Home Depot in Southern California. They were captured stealing hammers and crowbars and while in other news in same California in posh Beverly Grove on Melrose.
They was another group of people who invaded a luxury boutique called Bottega Veneta. They allegedly barged in, snatched purses and other valuables, and escaped before cops could even arrived.
This happened on Friday with cops saying it was ten people went in the group. The only products they seemed to be interested in were enormous wrenches, crowbars, and sledgehammers, so I went straight to those aisles.
Someone captured video of the alleged group of robbers fleeing the stores through the main doors. They were pushing people aside and previously staff have been told not to play hero as they spray anyone who tried to get in their way with pepper spray or swung on.
While the majority of the suspects eluded capture, police say they have apprehended four people they believe were involved in the looting.
Of course, residents and employees have little power to intervene in this said robbery and one of people threatened to attack employees with stolen products if they tried to stop them.
