The new rumors online is that the film could be delayed once again and be postponed again ahead of the date, This means that the movie might not be available for streams on OTT.
RELEASE DATE FOR RRR
Fans are already looking ahead to 2022 date for the release of the movie RRR which is a highly anticipated fictional action movie about India’s freedom fighters Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem.
The movie trailers that was released online had gained over 140 million views on YouTube.
The new Official release date for RRR is January 7th, 2022.

RRR DIGITAL STREAMING PLATFORM CONFIRMED AND INTERNATIONAL RELEASE DATES
The digital streaming rights for RRR have reportedly been acquired by Zee5, Star India and Netflix in language Hindi, English and Spanish so the movie will be available for streaming on these platforms Worthing 90 days after the initial release on January 7th and with this RRR may be available for streaming on March 25th 2021.
After its theatrical run, the film will stream on the OTT platform.
This was first reported on social media, before being confirmed by Zee5 in a recent blog post.
According to the post by Zee5, they said the rights over RRR have been purchased for a massive Rs 300 crore (around $40 million), but only concerns the Hindi dubbing; with Star India acquiring the right to various other domestic languages.
