President Buhari is on his way to Saudi Arabia from Abuja.
According to Validnewstoday, President Muhammadu Buhari has left Nigeria today for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to attend an Investment Summit. Garba Shehu, the presidential spokesman, had previously stated that the Nigerian President Buhari would attend the Future Investment Initiative Institute’s investment conference.
The President and some of his entourage, on the other hand, left the presidential wing of Abuja’s Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport at 4.10 p.m. for Riyadh.
Buhari was joined aboard the presidential plane by Dr. Isa Ibrahim Pantami, Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Amb Zubairu Dada, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Amb Zubairu Dada, and Chief Timipre Sylva, Minister of State for Petroleum Resources.
Maj. Gen Babagana Monguno, the National Security Adviser, Amb. Ahmed Rufai Abubakar, the Director General of the National Intelligence Agency, Amb. Ahmed Rufai Abubakar, Uche Orji, the Managing Director of the Nigerian Sovereign Investment Authority, and Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, the Chairman of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, are among the others who had joined the President.
Alhaji Mohammed Indimi, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, Tope Shonubi, Wale Tinubu, Alhaji Abdulsamad Rabiu, Hassan Usman, Omoboyode Olusanya, Abubakar Suleiman, Herbert Wigwe, and Leo Stan Ekeh are among the private sector participants.
The three-day event, titled INVESTMENT IN HUMANITY, will feature discussions on growth and prosperity in the energy sector, true ultimate frontiers in investments, science in action, and the impact of climate change on communities, among other topics.
President Mohammadu Buhari will perform the lesser Hajj at Makka and Madina after the summit before returning to Nigeria on Friday.
