You might face same issue, just know that you’re not alone as many users took to Twitter to report same issue and their report also that they tried to retrieve their accounts after they were suspended or deactivated suddenly as of Sunday, October 16 but still they aren’t receiving the reset code.
Please you should also know that this same issue had occurred before but quite the opposite as users complain about being unable to deactivate their accounts despite numerous attempts.
