THE FAMILY of Harry Dunne has said they won’t give up in the fight for justice as Anna Sacoolas is set to face court in the UK for the death of Harry who was killed by dangerous driving.
The Crown Prosecution Service announced yesterday that the wife of a US diplomat will appear in Westminster Magistrates’ Court on January 18.
Harry Dunn was killed in 2019 in a head-on smash near RAF CroughtonCredit: PA
It is believed the 44-year-old will attend by video link, but this is denied by the American’s lawyers.
Now ahead of the hearing the Dunne’s family spokesperson Radd Seigar has told how they will stop at nothing to get justice.
He said that;
The overriding feeling is one of overbearing pain. His parents have spent two years campaigning for justice over his death.
This was never about revenge but it’s a basic right to have accountability.
The pain is etched all over his parent’s faces .
To have to deal with this campaign on top of their loss is so difficult for them.
Charlotte, Harry’s mum, made him a promise on the night that he died that she would fight for his justice
This is a message for everybody that you don’t have to take what the US government throws at you – don’t give up.
