The color of skin depends upon climate,area and generation so color of skin is natural and God gifted but if your skin were white earlier or in childhood and then it turned into black and you want to know how to make skin look radiant then it is quite possible but you have to pay time and some effort to your skin if you want desired result unless nothing will work.
First of all find the fact and reasons which are making your skin color dull and avoid these things. Starting From precautions to tips we will tell you how to make skin look radiant naturally.
Precautions
(i) Do not expose your skin too much to sunlight because UV rays blackens the skin color.
(ii) Do not let your skin oily. Keep washing your face 3-4 times daily.
(iii) Avoid bad and negative thinking. Be positive
(iv) Do not eat oily things too much.
(v) Do not eat hot things in excess because it causes acne and acne will never let your skin look radiant.
(vi) Do not drink alcohols and avoid drugs and cigarettes.
Now we go to some useful tips.
(i) Drink 8-10 glass of water daily.
(ii) Wash your skin with lemon and rose water by mixing lemon drops and rose water.
(iii) Facial your skin.
(iv) Take vitamin E supplements which is best for skin.
(v) Eat papaya and also rub it on your skin, it makes skin glow.
(vi) Use cleanser to clean your skin dirt you can also use cotton dipped in milk that also work.
(vii) After cleaning properly for some days start using skin mask like cucumber mask or peach mask it shows result in few minutes.
(viii) Eat fruits in excess like Orange,strawberry and pineapple because they are rich in vitamin c and vitamin c is good anti-oxidant.
(ix) Drink green tea also at least twice in a week.
(x) Drink Milk and yogurt daily. Replace milk with yogurt if you are allergic from milk.
