In today’s Emmerdale Spoilers, we saw as Sam Dingle puts his best foot forward as he attempts to win his wife Lydia back.
But what does the character, portrayed by James Hooton, have in store for his wife?
One of the most stable couples to appear on Emmerdale, Lydia and Sam shocked fans when they appeared to hit the rocks in early December, 2021.
Lydia (Karen Blick) was brutally cast aside by her husband, accused of breaking Dingle code.
This came after Lydia reported Liv Flaherty (Isobel Steele) to the police, believing that she was responsible for Ben Tucker’s murder.
Little did she know that Ben (Simon Lennon) was actually hit over the head with an oar by serial killer Meena Jutla.
While Lydia believed that Liv was actually innocent, she felt it was important for the police to know all the relevant information needed to solve Ben’s murder.
She admitted to Sam that she couldn’t let authorities ignore the evidence she had found against Liv.
