DAISY JONES CAST BECAME REAL MUSICIANS DURING SHOW
The casting of Daisy Jones And The Six was always going to be a hard feat. Bringing such beloved characters to life, who already feel so real to fans of the book, meant that there were strong opinions about who would be right option for the role. Not only did they have to be convincing actors but musically talented to boot.
Fortunately, the casting team found gems with the Daisy Jones cast. They recruited the likes of rock royalty Riley Keough, Sam Claflin who already had previous singing experience, and Suki Waterhouse who releases her own music and is a touring musician. Although the cast had to have some singing training, they nailed the part of professional musicians.
There are now hopes that the cast could take their act on the road, bringing fans with them for a Daisy Jones And The Six tour.

DAISY JONES AND THE SIX ARE A REAL BAND’
For fans of Taylor Jenkins Reid’s book, her characters have been brought to life solely in the reader’s imagination. But now, they are becoming a real band. Not only will the Amazon Prime Video adaptation bring their story to screens this spring, but on Friday, March 3, an entire album of their songs will be released.
Nicks and Buckingham, former bandmates and romantic partners, reunited in 1997 for The Dance, an MTV concert to commemorate the 20th anniversary of their hit album, Rumours. It was hosted at Warner Brothers Studios in Burbank, California. Reid viewed the performance and was struck by the dynamic between Nicks and Buckingham. “I just kept coming back to that moment when Lindsey watched Stevie sing Landslide,” Reid said.
THE SIX: ROCK
“The fact we get three Daisy Jones episodes on Friday and a whole album of songs… Daisy Jones And The Six are going to be real in a few days,” one fan tweeted.
IS DAISY JONES AND THE SIX BASED ON A TRUE STORY?
