NEPENTHEZ REFUTES BROTHER’S ALLEGATIONS
In the now-deleted video, John introduced himself and accused Nepenthez of a scam and fraudulent mortgage, as reported by Sportskeeda. Further in the clip, he claimed Craig didn’t help him when he wanted to launch his own YouTube channel.
Nepenthez has refuted the “harmful” allegations his brother made in the removed viral video.
The YouTuber said that he was reluctant to talk about the situation online because social media wasn’t the place for personal issues.
“A year and a half ago I had to take my brother to court because he was harassing me and abusing me and manipulating me and it was difficult to deal with,” Craig said in his now-deleted response video. “The final straw was when he started shouting at my kids.”
He continued: “I was not broke at that time I already had a YouTube career that had lasted several years. The money wasn’t that good as these days in social media but I wasn’t broke.”
Addressing the alleged fraudulent mortgage, Craig said his uncle was a mortgage broker who purchased the mortgage for him and his girlfriend. However, he stated that there “was no fraud” in the process of buying a mortgage.
